The pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) Connect to Care campaign aimed to arm patients and their support networks with the tools, resources, and support services to effectively manage their disease and live their best life.
The clever idea
The Connect to Care campaign encouraged Australians suffering with PAH to download Lung Foundation Australia’s resource pack to be better informed with reliable lung health information. Through a paid ads campaign, the support group and resource pack were promoted to the target market of Australians diagnosed with PAH and their families and carers. This target market was defined by users who engaged with the LFA website and strategic interest-based keyword targeting.
