The challenge
With demand for the services provided by Legacy Brisbane continuing to grow, the organisation launched an annual Giving Day at the end of Legacy Week 2023, with the goal of raising $100,000 for the families and widows of our veteran community.
The clever idea
Kicking off with Legacy Week, we built strong media momentum and conversation around the impact of Legacy Brisbane to ensure brand awareness was high ahead of the inaugural Giving Day.
To ensure high impact, we worked closely with key Legacy Brisbane case studies to capture their stories through video and photography, which we then amplified across Legacy’s owned platforms.
By sharing four unique stories of the families and volunteers connected to Legacy Brisbane, our audience could better understand and empathise with the impact the organisation has on real lives, thereby motivating their support on Giving Day.
